Our mission at Day One Massage Therapy, LLC is to have a viable, exclusively in-home, massage therapy practice while serving others in their wellness journey.
Our ideal clients are women with the means and mindset for wellness.

Day One Massage Therapy, LLC does not maintain a brick and mortar establishment. We bring the massage to you, in your home.

Services
Day One Massage Therapy, LLC provides professional relaxation and/or therapeutic massage by a Florida Department of Health Licensed Massage Therapist, as well as kinesio taping by a Certified Kinesio Taping Practicioner, all in the comfort of your own home.
Book a 60-minute session and get a full 60-minutes of bodywork, unlike some establishments.
Our minimum session time is 60-minutes and session times can be scaled up from there to customize your time. Each session is customized to address that day's chief area(s) of concern.
Prices vary depending on factors such as the length of session, the therapies provided, and the number of clients seen at a particular location.
Gift certificates are available for purchase.
The Process
The first step is to contact us to set up your initial potential new client interview. Use the "contact us" feature on this website or email us directly at dayonemassagetherapy@gmail. If you prefer, call/text to (813) 613-8234. Regardless of how you contact us, please provide your full name, phone number, and therapies of interest. Also, you can find us on Facebook.
At Day One Massage Therapy, LLC, we only accept into our practice the clients who we are confident we can help, so the initial potential new client interview will allow us to get to know one another and determine if you and your home are good candidates to be accepted into our in-home practice. If not, we will attempt to supply the contact information for another provider from our referral network that might be a better fit for you.
After you are accepted as a new client into our practice, the next step will be to work out all of the details in order to customize your session and therapies to address your area(s) of concern and help you work towards meeting your wellness goals (such as stress management and/or pain reduction).
At your first session, we will go over a complete listing of our business policies and obtain your agreement. Prior to your session beginning, you will be required to complete a comprehensive health history form, which will be updated periodically. Any remaining questions that you have will be addressed before your bodywork session begins, but you are also encouraged to ask more questions during your session as they come to your mind.
